Wedding Transfer Package

We make the whole flight a special event as follows.

Your party arrives at Warrego Wines where one of our experienced ground crew will meet you and your guests and brief you on the flight, while you enjoy a Sparkling wine and fruit platter.

We will then board either the Bride or Groom on to the helicopter and take a scenic flight to Woodlands of Marburg, landing on the Grass in front of the main building. If the transfer is for the Bride we start-up after boarding and do a full shutdown after landing (so we don't stir up your hair and dress). If you wish, so photos can be taken with the helicopter, we can do a full shutdown after arrival (if we haven't done so already). When you are ready and the site is clear we will head home.

Of course, the transfer can be for any number of people. Our Helicopter seats 2 passengers however the total dressed weight for both passengers has to be 140 Kg or under. If this is not possible we can do several flights as the flight times are only a few minutes.

The total cost for Wedding transfers can be calculated as follows:

Additional Flights:

• $55 for a single passenger flight including GST
• $50 each for 2 passenger flights including GST

We can do flights any time from sunrise to 30min before sunset.

It is very important that you have a contingency plan in case the weather turns bad on the day. Our final weather check is done 1 hour before the event. Especially for a wedding, we don't fly in winds over 20km per hour (10Kts), when it is raining or when storms are threatening.
